MATURED FAITH

MATURED FAITH

There will come a point in our lives where our faith levels will be tested – faith to believe in what you can’t yet see, and the ability to trust that what you are hoping for will come into existence at the right stage in your life. Do you ever feel restless when keeping your faith afloat? In the season we are in, understanding the meaning of life and applying faith to believe in the impossible can deem confusing, frustrating and somewhat, slow. However, it is in the seasons of delay and concern that our faith becomes stronger. We are more relentless when our faith levels are tested, pruned, stretched and transformed

Think of it as going to the gym; your muscles are being stretched and used on a regular basis; it becomes uncomfortable because the inconsistency of not attending the gym has enhanced your muscles on a level you haven’t experienced in quite a while. The faith that you have is an anchor that is for your own benefit. Nonetheless, you may know of someone right now that struggles with believing, especially when it comes to the big projects, dreams and aspirations. We can’t do every task on our own, and for this reason, we must come to the stage where we are selectively open-minded with those who we believe add value to our well-being and can keep us accountable in the faith.

This is a brief encouragement to remind you that in the hard times, your faith is being matured and it is working for you. Through the rejection, loss, betrayal, heartache; so many battles that one may have to face knowingly and unknowingly, are maturing you for a greater level of faith. When your faith is being nurtured, your mental state is also being trained to think the way your mind operates; to think positively despite the unexpected news is encouraging someone who may feel the need to give up. Remember that we do not exist just to survive, but to thrive; to inspire, encourage and impact others on their journey of faith that may feel off the edge.

Remind yourself each day to increase your faith and believe in the impossible, because anything is possible for the one who believes.

Hebrews 11:1 says that “Now, faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Let this be your anchor; what you wake to each morning believing that what you desire will happen according to your faith.

I want to give you a few questions to ponder on whilst reading the blogpost:

What is making you question what you can’t see at this time?

How can you believe in the impossible, even when your own thoughts tell you it won’t work?

How do you bounce back from the moments where it felt difficult to move on from?

Are you aware that being with someone who doesn’t have a healthy manner of faith can have an impact on your positive faith?

Don’t allow the rest of 2021 to pass you by and be complacent. Your maturity levels of faith will take you where you can’t go on your own. Keep the faith, keep the focus and keep believing! For what you desire will come to those who believe with their hearts.

With love,

Women’s Worth Conference Group.

KEEP THE HOPE IN TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY

It is easy to feel confused and eventually want to entertain the thoughts of your emotions. It is not wrong to have thoughts, questions and concerns, but in times of uncertainty, how much can you actually control? When you are lost for words and don’t know which way to turn, what is your ultimate solution? Is it to cry? Sleep? Resist speaking to everyone around you? Become bitter? What is the essence? It’s as if when each day comes, there is so much tension and rivalry. But why do we allow this to happen? Why do we become so loyal to pain and neglect peace?

I want to remind you today that the days we are living in are monitored. We are in a very critical season that requires heaps of prayer, teamwork, forgiveness, love and patience. Our hearts must be kept secure and firm to avoid burning out. We must not stop doing good, regardless of how we feel or not. We must not stop intervening for those less fortunate than us. We must keep our hope in times of uncertainty. I remember starting off the year and currently, I am still finding ways to motivate, inspire and support individuals in their professional and personal endeavours through storytelling and book writing. I am very happy with the progress it is making in the lives of others. This is what community is about.

Do not allow life’s uncertainties to change who you are or what you do. Be true and integral to yourself and have a servitude heart and spirit. 2021 is the year to wake up and do something with your life, despite the pandemic. Covid-19 is not an excuse to be complement. You have so much to give and it is up to you to take responsibility and work with what you have. Keep your hope in times of uncertainty for it will surely pay off. I am also running a free online event on Saturday 30th January about Authentic Worth Publishing and can register on this link. If you have a story to share and want more information on how we work, register your interest and meet like-minded people who are determined to make an impact no matter what comes their way.

Let 2021 be your year of hope, not quitting on your dream, but knowing that we are the only people that can restrict ourselves. Be positive, be hopeful, be faithful, and more importantly, be authentic.

There is still hope for our world!

The way I see life makes me truly wonder why we exist. Do we exist just to work, make money, rest, pay off bills, etc. There must be more to life than this! What are we really here for you may ask. Looking at our world all around us, there is so much pressure, so much heartache that one can’t even bear. What humbles me is the gift of life that is given freely every day.

We must be intentional about how to live a fruitful and pleasant life, despite all the noise that happens around us. Our words, actions, and lifestyles can contribute massively to the influence our world has, and can change it for the better if used wisely. When I wake up everyday, I think about how I could make a difference in society, starting from my intimate circle and those around me.

We are already aware of what is going on in our world; the tears, the frustrations, the unexpected losses, you name it.

I would not want to live a life complaining, worrying about what I don’t yet have, anxious about what the future holds. No, I want to appreciate every day I have, taking it one step at a time and changing one life at a time. Do not write yourself off because you have a purpose. What you go through can change someone else’s life, so do not feel your life has no impact.

There is still hope for our world. If we are intentional, we can be game-changes for those we can reach, locally, globally, and internationally. You can make a difference by checking on someone you haven’t spoken to for a long while and listen when they speak. Our world is going through enough, and all we need is a helping hand and someone who will understand.

I am reminded that life isn’t my own and can’t live the way I want to, but what I CAN do is use my existence to make a difference to our world. We must think global to impact globally. We are not islands and can’t do this life on our own. We need people. You and I. Teamwork. Unity. Love. Understanding. When last have we made this a priority. Remember, there is still hope for our world, and as long as you are living, YOU HAVE PURPOSE! Don’t waste it. Please share with someone who will be inspired.
