This week always gets me emotional when I think about Easter. It is an opportunity to ponder, reflect and be thankful for what Jesus did for all of us on the Cross over 2,000 years ago. Despite what is happening throughout our world, let us not allow the coronavirus to take the headlines of Christ. Christ is higher and greater than corona.

I was meant to travel to Malta this weekend with one of my favourite sisters, however, due to the coronavirus, the flight has been cancelled. I was looking forward to spending Easter at Malta for a change, as my Easter celebrations have always been in London. Nonetheless, I am grateful for the opportunity to see the Easter weekend in advance. I have been humbled, and despite all that is happening, there is still an opportunity to celebrate Easter everywhere.

I want to encourage you to not be put off by what is happening in the world today. Life is tough; that I know. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t have such power that we can’t endeavour to move on with life and reflect on what Christ did for us. When I think of the Cross, I can only humble myself with my knees bowed down, lifting up my hands and saying to Jesus, “thank YOU for taking my place”. When you look at your problems, you can’t understand or fathom the beauty of Easter, but when you look up to the Cross, that is where you gain strength and the ability to carry on in life.

Let this weekend cause you to rejoice, because had it not been for the Cross, nobody would be here right now. Don’t allow your circumstances to make you bitter or cause you to give up on your loved ones. Jesus had a large heart to care for all of us, and this weekend is an opportunity to express how much we love Him back. I will be watching The Passion of the Christ this weekend with my family, as well as celebrating Easter with my church family online.

Don’t allow corona to take the headlines of Christ. Christ is greater than corona. You have to believe it!

Enjoy this weekend to the fullest; don’t allow your emotions or feelings to get in the way. Your strength is in your praise.

Happy Easter Weekend ❤

The most amazing gift is family which I do not take of granted. In 2019, we recorded our first sibling tag and wanted to do another one for 2020. Enjoy our new Jacob’s sibling tag; get to know us on a deeper level, be prepared to laugh, and make sure you cherish your loved ones each day. I am humbled for my family! I hope you learn to cherish your family each and every day.

When faced with calamity, where do we turn to? Who do we want to blame for all this? On behalf of Authentic Worth, we want to deeply express how grateful and thankful we are for all our attendees that came to the Building Self-Confidence and Personal Development Workshop on Saturday 14th March 2020. To our amazing guest speakers, Des Amey and Nkechi, your transparency was profound and we appreciate you both. To Wendy, thank you for sponsoring Authentic Worth with your cupcakes!

If you know how thankful I am; it is an understatement!!!!!! Had I have done the workshop on Saturday 21st March, it would have probably been postponed or cancelled and I wouldn’t know how long for! The Covid-19 pandemic became so severe just after the workshop happened. I believe from Monday 16th March, that was when the news spread so vastly on the Internet. I remember planning this workshop since December 2019 and I said that it WILL happen!! Thankfully, it came to pass! #thepowerofapositivemindset

Why not check out our website to see our pictures and testimonials.

My latest video talks about what we can learn from Covid-19. It is easy to panic, worry, stress and feel nervous in such a testing time, however, I believe for every trauma, there is a way out. We must learn to be positive and endure this season, because, it is a season and WILL pass! My question to you is: what are you going to take away from this and how can you be better in a world full of uncertainty? This is the time to stand together as one, in unity and work with what we have in our hands.

Ultimately, we have to be reminded that our lives are not our own because we belong to God. There is no need blaming different countries, because every country has their own flaw. There is no perfect country; neither is there any perfect individual. Trials and tribulations WILL come, there is no doubt about that! God is NOT the problem to Covid-19. He knows when to put an end to it. In the meantime, listen to the video, be inspired, challenged and willing to bring something different to your society. Together, we WILL beat Covid-19!
