I want to say a massive thank you to everyone that reached out, sent messages, and calls for my birthday last weekend. As I enter into a new age, I will be celebrating our last online workshop of the year with Authentic Worth on Saturday 12th December, promoting our authors that have published their first book in 2020.
Nothing excites me more than seeing people win and succeed in their endeavours. Your attendance in the “authors of our generation” workshop will not only celebrate, but encourage our profound authors to know that their achievements will take them far. We will also be covering various topics on what it takes to write your first book! You could be the next author in 2021!
Authentic Worth has 19 days left until we launch our last event of the year: AUTHORS OF OUR GENERATION!
It has been great building relationships, helping people that have published their first book and using it to make an impact in society. Our five profound authors will be talking to you about what helped them in their writing journey and how they decided to become authors.
If you have a story to share and would like to turn it into a book, submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the meantime, let us celebrate these profound authors that have stepped out of their comfort zone and published a book within 2020. Reserve your ticket on EventBrite today
Epilogue: The Worth of a Woman and Wife of Noble Character
Proverbs 31: 10-12
(10) A wife (woman) of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.
(11) Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.
(12) She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.
The Women’s Worth Conference is a group is an online blog forum where different women come together to share common interests, desires, circumstances, and above all, to strengthen, invest and inspire the other woman next to her to know what worth is embedded within.
When I think about a Proverbs 31 woman, I visualise her as a self-confident and hardworking individual who has an effective work/life balance. She makes an impact in her society and brings out the best in others. She does not entertain anything beneath her worth and always desires to achieve more than she already has. She is humble, intelligent and kind. She is someone that is not moved by the many circumstances life has to offer. She is calm because she knows who her worth is in.
In modern day society, there are many distractions that a woman faces, from social media pressure, trying to fit in, not feeling good enough, or wanting to make an impact in a world that may not necessarily acknowledge her existence. However, she does not let any of these temporary afflictions swerve her focus. She is determined to move forward with her life because she knows what she carries within. She is a tenacious woman full of energy and vibrancy. She is willing and able to conquer any obstacle that comes her way. She uses what is already in her reach to make an impact. She is not alone because she is comforted.
I want to ask you today – What kind of woman are you? What definition and legacy are you leaving right now that you want people to remember you for? When you take the time to invest in your strengths and flaws, you will begin to blossom into the woman you have been called to be. This is a reminder of who you are: a woman of WORTH. Remember this always: your worth is not on sale.
It has been an honour to support our aspiring authors in their writing journey and how far they have come. Writing a book takes full concentration, resilience and strength. For this reason, we are teaming up with our clients who have published their book under the Authentic Worth brand, and want to give them an opportunity to showcase their books, allowing them to speak about what inspired them to write, what they learnt during the process, and in particular, promote their work.
Every author has a different writing style; how you write a book may not be the same as another person. As an author of four books, my desire is to stand with those who have worked with Authentic Worth and share the platform in sharing their story. When you write a book, it is for the purpose of others. I encourage those who have a desire to write a book to not procrastinate. Start with attending workshops, enrolling on online courses and being around existing authors that are willing to help in your writing journey.
